If I buy a Pagani Design watch on another marketplace, is the warranty covered by you?
No. We only offer warranty and coverage for products that have been verified by our Quality Department.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are located. It will normally take 5-7 working days to arrive, with some exceptions. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. We assume the costs.

What does the 3 year warranty cover?
Factory defects in our products. For example: An automatic watch that is out of calibration beyond the stipulated limits.
Can I return my order or exchange it for another model?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return in our Returns Center.
Christmas: Extended return period until January 31, on purchases made between December 1 and January 16.
You can request the return without obligation, as long as the products are as you received them.
If I place an order, will I have to pay taxes or duties when I receive it?
No. All orders include taxes and duties.
