Returns & Refunds

At Pagani Design, we want you to love your watch. If something isn't right, we're here to make returns simple, clear, and fair. This page explains how it works and what to expect.

Your purchase is also governed by our Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, and any other policy that applies to your order. By placing an order — and by requesting a return — you accept these policies and agree to follow them. Nothing here affects the statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country; where those rights give you more, they always apply.


You have 14 days

You can return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason. Once you've requested your return within those 14 days and we've sent you the return instructions, you'll have 10 days to ship the watch back to us and share your tracking number.


How to return — in 3 simple steps

1. Contact us. Email us at support@paganidesignofficial.com with your order number to request your return. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with the correct return address and step-by-step instructions.

2. Ship it back and share the tracking. Once we've sent your instructions, please ship the watch within 10 days to the address we provide, using a tracked shipping service, and send us the tracking number so we can follow your return on its way to us. If this 10-day window passes without the watch being shipped and a tracking number provided, we may be unable to process your return.

3. We inspect and refund. Once your return arrives and has been inspected, and everything is in order, we'll authorize your refund. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process, and a further 1–7 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please keep your tracked shipping receipt — your return remains your responsibility until it reaches us. If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, this doesn't apply: in those cases we cover the cost (see If something's wrong below).


Keeping your refund full

To receive a full refund, please return your watch:

  • Unused and unworn, in the same condition you received it;
  • Complete with its box, protective films, manuals, warranty card, spare links, and any free gift; and
  • Unaltered — bracelets not resized, nothing modified or serviced elsewhere.

You're welcome to inspect your watch as you would in a store. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value if an item comes back used, incomplete, or damaged.


What we can't take back

A few items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards — non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
  • Personalized or custom-made pieces.
  • Items clearly sold as Final Sale.

This doesn't apply if an item is faulty or not what you ordered — see below.


If something's wrong

If your watch arrives faulty, damaged, or it's not the item you ordered, we'll put it right with a free replacement or full refund, and we'll cover the shipping both ways. Please email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos, so we can sort it out quickly. Your statutory rights for faulty goods always apply, and every Pagani Design watch is covered by our 3-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.


Refunds

Refunds are always issued to your original payment method. Once approved after inspection, please allow up to 14 days for processing and 1–7 days for the funds to reach your account.

Paid with Klarna? No need to report the return through Klarna — just return your item as above and we'll settle everything directly with Klarna once it's received and verified.


Changed your mind before it ships?

If you'd like to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@paganidesignofficial.com and we'll do our best to help before it leaves our warehouse.
