This policy outlines our shipping process, delivery times, and international handling standards.


1. Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free international shipping on all orders over $50 (or the equivalent in any other currency).
Orders below $50 will include a small shipping fee automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

In Europe and the United Kingdom, some products are also shipped from our German logistics center, using UPS or DHL for faster and more efficient delivery.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Europe & United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
    • USA & Canada: 7–10 business days
    • Mexico: 7–10 business days
    • Brazil: 10–14 business days
    • Rest of the World: 10–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs inspections, local carrier schedules, or national holidays.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery status.
Tracking details usually become active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Pagani Design works exclusively with trusted international logistics partners and premium regional couriers to ensure reliability and efficiency from dispatch to delivery.

4. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the delivery carrier using your tracking number for delivery confirmation.
  2. Check with neighbors, building reception, or parcel lockers.
  3. Wait up to 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before the final handoff.
  4. File a claim with the carrier if the parcel cannot be located.

To request assistance from Pagani Design, please provide:

  • A copy of the official carrier claim.
  • A signed declaration confirming non-receipt.
  • The Non-Delivery Claim Form.

Once these documents are received, we will evaluate your case and may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are included in the price shown at checkout.
Your order will be delivered without any additional payments upon arrival.

Exception – Brazil:
In certain cases, Brazilian customs authorities may request additional payments or documentation.
If this occurs, please notify us immediately and share the details provided by customs so our team can assist you in resolving the issue.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Pagani Design is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay the reshipping cost.


7. Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking status provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Contact the delivery carrier directly for the latest update.
  3. If tracking shows no progress for 10 business days, contact our team at support@paganidesignofficial.com.

We will coordinate with our logistics partners to locate your package and provide a suitable resolution.


8. Shipping Confirmation & Handling

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Once your order is packed and dispatched, a second email will be sent containing your tracking link.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
Our logistics team carefully inspects each package before dispatch to ensure that all items are shipped in perfect condition.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@paganidesignofficial.com.
Include photos of the product and its packaging, along with your order number.

Our team will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution if applicable.
We take quality control very seriously and aim to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.


10. Pre-Order & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please contact our support team to arrange a separate shipment.


11. Holiday & Peak-Season Delays

During high-volume periods such as holiday sales or global events (Black Friday, Christmas, 11.11), order processing and transit times may be slightly extended.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times as our team works diligently to ensure all orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
