What Our Total Warranty Covers
Our Total Warranty guarantees protection against manufacturing and assembly defects for a full three (3) years from the date of delivery.
If your watch presents any covered issue, our technical team will promptly assist you to repair or replace the product, ensuring your satisfaction and confidence in every timepiece.
Examples of Coverage
- Automatic Movement Issues → If your watch’s movement fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the watch with a brand-new unit, covering the return shipping cost of the defective piece.
- Leather or Steel Strap Defects → If your strap has any manufacturing defect, we will send a new replacement strap completely free of charge.
- Material or Assembly Faults → Any defect originating from materials or craftsmanship will be repaired or replaced under this warranty.

In recent years, unauthorized manufacturers and sellers have begun using the Pagani Design name, logo, and images without our permission.
To protect our customers and maintain product integrity, warranty and after-sales coverage apply exclusively to purchases made through our official channels.

Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap aging, or battery depletion in quartz models).

- Watches purchased from unverified or unauthorized third-party sellers.
Warranty coverage is automatically void if the serial number or authenticity identifiers have been removed, altered, or damaged.
