Welcome to Pagani Design. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products.

1. General Terms

This website is operated by Guangzhou Pagani Watch Co., Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pagani Design.

We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services available, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, policies, and notices stated herein.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or its content without prior notice.

2. Account & Payment Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for all purchases and account registrations.
Pagani Design is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or placed by unauthorized resellers.
For orders identified as high-risk, we may request additional verification (such as a photo of your ID and the payment card used, showing only the last four digits).
Failure to provide verification may result in order cancellation.

3. Secure Payment Processing

All payments made through our website are processed securely using certified payment gateways.
Pagani Design does not store or have access to your complete credit card information.
All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology to ensure the security of your personal and payment data.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and include all original packaging, protective films, accessories, and manuals.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Pagani Design cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

During the holiday season, the return period is extended:

Orders placed between November 15 and January 10 can be returned until January 15 of the following year. Or 14 days after receipt, whichever is later.

Special and limited editions, customized watches, or items purchased under promotional conditions may not qualify for return.

Unauthorized chargebacks or PayPal disputes without prior communication may delay the refund process.
Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent exclusion from future purchases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and deliver all orders promptly.
Pagani Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, or external logistics disruptions.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking and receipt of the package are the customer’s responsibility.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

6. Product Availability & Pricing

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Pagani Design reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time.

In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

7. Product Warranty & Liability

All watches are covered by a 3-Year International Warranty for manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, or unauthorized modifications.

Pagani Design does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Pagani Design, its affiliates, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the purchased product.

8. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor and prevent fraudulent behavior, including chargeback abuse, false disputes, or exploitation of our return policy.
If fraudulent activity is detected, Pagani Design reserves the right to:

Cancel current and future orders.
Block associated accounts and payment methods.
Report the incident to relevant authorities and payment processors.
Pursue legal action where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, with both parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

For matters related to regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or administrative communication within the United States or the European Union, customers may contact Pagani Design through its officially appointed regional representatives.

Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to reach an amicable settlement through these channels before initiating legal proceedings.

Pagani Design provides this website in multiple languages for the convenience of its international customers.
