Return Policy (14 Days)

At Pagani Design, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if you're not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You can request a return through the "My Orders" section in your customer account or by contacting us at support@paganidesignusa.com.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

  • Request it through your customer portal, or

  • Email sales@paganidesignusa.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

Note: Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Label Eligibility

Customers located in Germany, the USA, Spain, the UK, Mexico, Australia, Italy, and France are eligible for a free return label.

For customers in other countries, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Important: Depending on the shipping country and the products purchased, the return may or may not be eligible for a free return label. Please contact us in advance to confirm eligibility before proceeding.

Once a return label is issued, the item must be shipped within 14 calendar days. Labels expire after this period, and the return will no longer be accepted. Items shipped after expiration are not guaranteed to be refunded or received.

Products Not Eligible for Free Returns

  • Special edition items

  • Limited edition watches

  • Personalized or custom-made products

These items may only be returned at the customer’s expense and must still comply with our return requirements.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be in unused, perfect condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional items

  • Be free from signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Items returned without original packaging or in poor condition may be subject to depreciation deductions or rejection.

We also accept returns for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Shipping errors

  • Incorrect items received

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Orders Paid with Klarna

If your order was paid via Klarna, do not report the return via Klarna. That function is only for unprocessed refunds. We will handle the refund once the returned item is received and verified.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing sales@paganidesignusa.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

You may request a replacement or a full refund.

Missing Items

Some orders are shipped in separate packages. If you believe an item is missing:

  • Wait up to 7 days after the first package arrives

  • Then contact us with your order number and details

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed automatically. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at sales@paganidesignusa.com.

If the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, we’ll help you initiate a return once the order is delivered.

Fair Use & Abuse Policy

We monitor returns to ensure fair use for all customers. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns or deactivate accounts in cases of excessive returns, used product returns, or suspicious activity

  • Investigate and act upon fraudulent behavior, such as:

    • Abusing promotions

    • Creating multiple accounts

    • Repetitive suspicious purchasing patterns

Chargebacks & Disputes

We are always happy to help resolve any issue directly. However:

  • Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks after receiving their item may be banned from future purchases

  • Customers who open PayPal disputes without contacting us first will experience delays, as refunds can only be issued after the dispute is closed
