The GMT II has an additional hand that turns the dial in 24 hours and complements the traditional hour, minute and second hands.
The additional 24-hour hand, in orange, indicates the reference time, that of the place of residence, in a first time zone that is read on the graduation of the bezel.

The PD-1682 GMT that I just received is quite good, it is almost as I expected.
I would only like to point out two things:
1. The cyclopean date window is bad, you can't see the number clearly at all. It would be better if a more correct one were made.
2. I would like more brightness not on the hands (it is satisfactory), but on the hours. The hours are not so clearly visible.

Love it great price….but I did have to adjust time…not hard but probably not for first time watch hobbiests…sharp edges etc. which I also took care of…I will definitely be buying more!
